Who we are

Starting Six is a volleyball manager game. The data controller is the Starting Six company, currently being incorporated; this notice will be updated with its legal name and address. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Team name, username and platform (iOS, Android or both).
• Email address, only if you choose to give it.
• Your country, as detected by our host (no precise location), and the time of sign-up.

We do not ask for your age. The game is for players 13 and older, and by signing up you confirm you are. Do not sign up if you are under 13.

Why

• To reserve your username and team name and to tell you when the game launches (email, if given).
• To plan the launch (how many players, which platforms).

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5/1 and 5/2 as applicable). You can withdraw it at any time.

What we do not do

• No cookies, no trackers, no advertising, no analytics on this site.
• No selling or sharing of your data.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores sign-ups, and provides the Turnstile bot check. Turnstile may process technical data such as your IP address to tell humans from bots. Data may be processed outside your country; Cloudflare relies on standard contractual safeguards.

How long

Until six months after the game launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is first. Rate-limit records (a one-way hash of your IP) are deleted within two hours.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected] with your username. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the KVKK Board).

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
